With over 30 years of experience in veterinary medicine, Barbara has dedicated her career to enhancing the bond between animals and their humans. Her journey has encompassed a variety of roles, including emergency technician, general practice technician, and front desk support, eventually leading her to a managerial position where she focuses on both animal care and employee satisfaction.
Residing in Plainfield with her wife and their three boys, Barbara shares her home with two beloved cats, Biggie and Smalls. In her leisure time, she indulges in DIY projects, immerses herself in the world of video games, enjoys reading, and cooking, and has a passion for travel.
Barbara has a long-term goal of welcoming a dog back into her life, carefully choosing the perfect canine companion that will be kitty-approved. Known for her commitment to fulfilling the animal-human bond and ensuring a happy workplace for her staff, you’ll often find Barbara in her office working on various projects. However, she especially cherishes the moments when dogs stop by her office to say hello. Through her work, Barbara continues to make a positive impact in the veterinary field and in the lives of those she serves.
